White Spice Mill

The gear of the mill is made in high-tech ceramic. A clean, inactive, natural material that is ideal for grinding salt, pepper, spices and dried herbs.

When a spice or herb is dried, it still contains the essential oils that carry its flavor and freshness. However when spice or herb is stored as a ground powder, these oils gradually evaporate and in a short time becomes a pale, weak version of the original spice or herb. By grinding spices and herbs just before use you release the essential oils and gets the best flavor and taste.
