Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Furniture returns: All regularly stocked furniture in original condition can be returned with receipt within 14 days for store credit or exchange. After 14 days all sales are final. All special-order sales are final.
Customers are encouraged to measure their entryways and all access points to the rooms where the furniture will be placed prior to ordering. This will help you avoid delivery problems later.
Non-furniture returns: Antique and new accessories in original condition are returnable within 14 days for a full refund with receipt. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued or even exchange can be made with a receipt. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
If you do not have your receipt a store credit may be issued. If the item has been marked down and the customer does not have a receipt, then the lowest price will be applied to the store credit.
All sales are final after 60 days. All special-order sales are final.
Damaged items: Many of our antique items are sold “as is” due to the wear of time and imperfections. In most cases, these imperfections add to their charm and unique quality. Damaged items bought from the store with a 10 percent discount are considered final sales. Items damaged after they leave the store are not returnable. However, there may be exceptions to the rule on a case-by-case basis. Customer service is our No. 1 priority and we will work with you to reach a solution that satisfies everyone.
Damaged items with warranties should be sent to the manufacturer.
