An egift card would be much simpler which would get rid of shipping cost which was refunded to
Me and I appreciated that. My daughter whom I gifted had to call the store to get the card. I was told she would be emailed the info for gift card at Christmas . Kind of made me feel bad that I had to tell her I bought her a gift from there and then she had to call the store. She loves the store but I do not live in VA so made it complicated for me. When you offer that option, I will purchase again.

Great Service

I selected the wrong method for receiving the gift card I bought and a representative noticed that I live out of state and contacted me to see if I would like it mailed rather than picked up in store as I had selected. She then shipped it to me right away. Excellent customer service!
