Loose Leaf Shenandoah Tea
A fall hike in a mug.
It may seem dramatic, but this tea tastes like you are hiking in the woods (in the Shenandoah Valley, of course) on a fall day and the leaves are red and yellow and orange; you look out ahead and see a cabin on a mountain in the distance and there is smoke coming from the chimney.
It's SO good with a little maple syrup to sweeten and served tea latte style.
Yaupon, by the way, is an herbal tea variety all its own. It's the only herb native to the continental US that has caffeine. Our yaupon is wild-harvested and roasted in Texas by our friends at Catspring Yaupon.
