The Alubia Blancas are similar in appearance to classic White beans, but far superior (we think) in flavor and texture. You can use them in all kinds of cooking, from Mexican to Tuscan to even classic Yankee baked beans.

In Spain, dried beans are popularly known as alubias and many traditional dishes call for alubias blancas, a common name for white beans.
