Select organic pure Vermont maple syrup simmers for just the right amount of time, and as it cools, it's then hand stirred before pouring it into maple leaf shaped candy molds.

Mount Mansfield's unique maple candy process is a bit of a trade secret, but it's done the old fashioned way, without the use of candy machines.
